Our strength is our unity

On 1 September 2008 Georgians protested Russian aggression against their country. People made live chain to show their unity against aggressor. Around 1,5 million people took part in the action.

Our strength is our unity and determination to save Georgia from Russian evil agenda.

Besides Tbilisi Russian aggressive politics was criticized in all big cities of Georgia. People stood in chain on those streets of Gori that were bombed by Russians according to the decision of Kremlin and Putin which resulted in killing of peaceful population.

Starting from center of Gori and continued in direction of Karaleti chain of people was long enough to reach main highway. Interior minister of Georgia was present in Gori and stood in chain with people.
